Return Policy

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused (sealed), in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. The Client will be responsible for return shipping costs. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to ALL returns and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Important Note: Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, returned, or exchanged.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. Please provide customer service with the following information when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number, serial number (if applicable) and the nature of the issue.

If you receive a defective product, we sincerely apologize. All defective products will be accepted by us for a complete refund (or exchange if requested). After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies (Please refer to warranty information included in the product packaging).

Non-defective, non-used products may be returned for credit or exchange. Non-defective products are subject to a restocking fee of 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of receipt. 

Due to manufacturers' return policies, used wheelchair cushions and any accessories in sealed packaging (such as cushion covers) that have been opened may not be returned due to hygiene issues.

All Modified Jay Cushions, modified covers and Jay 3 Cushions are Non-Refundable.
