Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 in the continental United States. Most orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS

Almost all Jay cushions are manufactured in Tijuana Mexico, meaning almost every Jay cushion or accessory order has a 2-3 business day lead time at minimum. This is because the product is housed in Tijuana Mexico and has to be reviewed at customs. Then arrives in California to ship out to its destination. Any expedited shipping preferences will take effect after the product arrives in California after the US Customs office reviews its contents. There are some JAY products shipped out of Indianapolis (DC) but not many.
All Jay Cushion returns will incur at minimum a 25% restocking fee.
All Jay Cushion orders placed on the weekend (Friday after 3pm EST through Sunday) will be processed on the next business day.
All Jay Cushion orders placed on the following Federal Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will be processed on the next business day.
There is a flat rate of $12.99 for standard ground on orders less than $100.
Due to contractual agreements we are unable to ship the Jay Cushions product outside of the United States. If you have friends’ family or an account at a UPS store, these are all shipping locations to have your package forward, then shipped to the customer at their expense.
All APO mail box (Military/Air Force/Navy/etc) Jay Cushion orders are taken to the nearest USPS (US Mail) Office. Once the package is received by the USPS location and has is processed for shipping the wait time for receipt is unknown. The responsibility of the package after the shipment has been processed is with the US Post Office.
